Purposes

Primary purposes

These are necessary for our relationship with you:

  1. Handle and evaluate your request for information, an assessment or a consultation.
  2. Prepare a proposal or scope of work.
  3. Contact you through the channel you choose (phone, WhatsApp, email or Google Meet).
  4. If you hire us, provide the corresponding regulatory services, including preparing and submitting filings to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on your behalf.
  5. Invoice, collect payment and handle administrative and contractual follow-up.
  6. Comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations and respond to requests from authorities.

Secondary purposes

Access FDA does not use your data for secondary purposes without your consent. Site visit measurement (analytics) and advertising conversion measurement are only activated if you accept them in the cookie banner. You may decline or change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Processors and transfers

To provide the service, your data may be processed by processors acting on behalf of Access FDA, such as hosting and storage, email delivery, online scheduling (Calendly, Google Calendar and Google Meet) and, where applicable, payment processing providers. [Pending: final list of processors and their locations.]

Your data may be transferred only when necessary to fulfill our legal relationship with you or when required by law; for example, to the FDA and U.S. government systems when we file on your behalf, or to competent authorities that lawfully require it. These transfers do not require your consent under applicable law.

You may access your data, rectify it if it is inaccurate, cancel it when you consider it is not required for the stated purposes, or object to its processing for specific purposes. You may also withdraw the consent you gave and limit the use or disclosure of your data.

Send your request to management@gruponativot.com including:

  • your name and a means to receive our response;
  • documents proving your identity or, where applicable, legal representation;
  • a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise;
  • any information that helps locate the data.

We will respond within the terms set by applicable law. [Pending: response terms and detailed procedure under the law in force.] Withdrawal of consent has no retroactive effect and cannot affect the fulfillment of legal or contractual obligations in force.

Retention and security

We keep data for the duration of the relationship and, when necessary for contractual documentation, legal defense, tax compliance, traceability or regulatory needs, up to a general maximum of five years after it ends. We delete or anonymize earlier whatever is no longer needed, and apply a longer term only when a legal obligation requires it.
